HENN baut emissionsfreies Bürogebäude am Nollendorfplatz in Berlin.

HENN has won the competition for a zero-emission office building on Berlin’s iconic Nollendorfplatz. Located next door to the historic Metropol Theatre, HENN’s winning design sets a new benchmark for sustainable development in the city. The win was announced last month, concluding a design competition organized by the developer BAUWENS.

"Two elements are at the core of our design: connection to the neighborhood and sustainability. The building quotes stylistic elements of the neighboring Metropol Theater and opens up to the city with an inviting and lushly landscaped forecourt. Our zero-emission construction and extensive use of local materials, will set a new standard for the development of the district,” says Klaus Ransmayr, HENN Partner and Design Director of HENN's Berlin office.
