You can expect the following
- Support in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
- Conducting and continuously improving capacity analyses and forecasts
- Conception of personnel controlling and the establishment of meaningful KPI systems
- Performing profitability calculations and cost center evaluations
- Assisting with project budgeting, including preparation of variance (planned vs. actual) analyses
You bring along
- Degree in business administration with a focus on finance and controlling or a comparable qualification
- Preferably first relevant experience in controlling
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Ideally, experience with business intelligence systems
- Fluency in German and confident use of English
