You can expect the following
- General planning for the realization of demanding and complex construction projects in the areas of new construction, expansion, conversion, renovation and construction in existing buildings
- Project management in architectural and organizational terms
- Technical management and support of the project team
- Project and budget responsibility in all work phases
- Coordination, control and integration of internal and external specialist planning and project participants
- Communication with clients and cooperation partners
You bring along
- Degree in architecture
- Several years of professional experience in all service phases in the planning and realization of larger construction projects, especially of research, science and laboratory construction, in healthcare and hospital construction as well as office and industrial buildings
- Experience in leading project teams and supporting clients
- Coordination and integration experience
- Knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD Architecture and Vectorworks
- Very good German and good English skills
