You can expect the following
- Management of our motivated bar team and creation of shift schedules
- Reliable order processing and monitoring of the Lightspeed cash register system
- Careful preparation and presentation of our products
- Creation of delicious coffee and espresso specialties
- Compliance with and monitoring of hygiene regulations
- Friendly contact person for guests and team
- Flexible working hours according to a shift schedule with a minimum working time of 35 hours per week; assignments as a stand-in
You bring along
- Experience in gastronomy, ideally as a barista
- Enthusiasm for team leadership and organization
- Strong sense of responsibility and reliability
- Well-groomed appearance and high hygiene awareness
- Passion for coffee and enjoyment of guest contact
- Fluency in German and English
