You can expect the following
- Model-based cost planning and control across all project phases
- Analysis of budget requirements and evaluation of projects during the conceptual phases
- Preparation of master, monitoring and detailed schedules for all project phases in accordance with the HOAI
- Development and definition of procurement strategies
- Preparation and execution of tenders
- Commercial and technical review and evaluation of bids
- Involvement in tender and contract negotiations
You bring along
- Degree in architecture, civil engineering or industrial engineering with a specialisation in construction
- Several years’ relevant professional experience
- Knowledge of cost planning and/or tendering and/or scheduling
- Fluency in German, written and spoken
