Time travel: A look back at the Gasteig Cultural Center competition

German magazine wettbewerbe aktuell invited us to take a look back at the competition phase for the redevelopment of the Gasteig as part of their 'Time Travel' section. In our contribution, we describe how we arrived at the idea of the 'cultural bridge' and which concepts from the original design of the 1970s were further developed in our proposal.
