You can expect the following
- Organising and coordinating day-to-day office operations, as well as supporting the team with administrative and organisational tasks
- Assisting with the organisation and coordination of job interviews, as well as other administrative tasks relating to recruitment
- Planning and preparing appointments, meetings, business trips and internal events
- Creating and editing presentations, documents and correspondence, as well as communicating with internal and external contacts
You bring along
- A completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification, and ideally professional experience as a team assistant
- A structured, independent and reliable approach to work, with strong organisational skills
- An interest in architecture and design; prior experience in architecture, planning or a similar creative field would be desirable
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools
- Fluency in German, both spoken and written and a good knowledge of English
