You can expect the following
- Research and practical application of AI in a dedicated innovation team
- Explore practical AI applications
- Develop solutions to extend, automate and analyse existing workflows
- Help shape the team's roadmap and contribute to strategic decisions
- Drive proof-of-concept projects with new AI technologies
- Develop AI-powered software solutions for internal use and for public and customer-facing products
- Apply AI to real-world design challenges – buildings that people will visit and use
You bring along
- Degree in architecture, computer science, construction informatics, engineering or related fields
- In-depth knowledge of Python and/or C#
- Practical experience in AI (e.g. training a LoRA, fine-tuning models, using agents) and willingness to deepen your expertise
- Experience in web development and data pipelines is an advantage
- Familiarity with BIM software (e.g. Revit, ArchiCAD) and architectural workflows is a plus
- Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
