You can expect the following
- Independent commercial management of assigned projects across all service phases of the HOAI, from the coordinated preparation – in particular – of general planning quotations through to the final invoice
- Drafting and reviewing contracts with clients, specialist planners and other project stakeholders, taking into account the HOAI and the law governing contracts for work and services
- Providing support for projects in all commercial and contract-related matters, e.g. invoice verification and management of supplementary agreements
- Maintaining project data in the company’s own bespoke ERP system
- Acting as a sparring partner for all commercial matters in dealings with partners and senior management
You bring along
- A degree in Business Administration, Architecture, Civil Engineering or Industrial Engineering, or an equivalent qualification
- Several years’ experience in the commercial project management of architectural or engineering projects, including a very good knowledge of the law governing contracts for work and services and the HOAI
- A strong understanding of business and analytical matters (e.g. fee and cost structures)
- Ideally, relevant experience in the administration and maintenance of project-related contract, quotation and invoicing documents, including deadline management
- Business-fluent German and a good command of English
