You can expect the following
- Independently managing assigned projects through all service phases of the HOAI—from offer preparation to final billing
- Preparing comprehensive offers (particularly general planner offers), coordinating with all stakeholders (project managers, specialist planners, clients, etc.)
- Drafting and reviewing contracts with clients, technical planners, and other project stakeholders in accordance with HOAI and contract law
- Support for projects in all administrative and regulatory matters, e.g., contract amendments
- Preparation and review of invoices
- Maintenance of project data in the company’s proprietary, customized ERP system
- Acting as a sparring partner for all administrative matters for partners and management
You bring along
- Study of business administration, architecture, civil engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the commercial management of architectural or engineering projects, including in-depth knowledge of contract law and the HOAI
- Strong economic and analytical understanding, particularly regarding honorarium and cost structures
- Expertise in the administration and maintenance of project-related contract, offer and billing documents, including schedule management
- Fluent German and good English skills
