You can expect the following
- General planning of complex construction projects relating to new builds, extensions, conversions, renovations and building within existing structures
- Project management with architectural and organisational responsibility
- Technical management and support of the project team
- Project and budget responsibility in all service phases
- Coordination, control and integration of internal and external specialist planning and all project participants
- Communication with clients and cooperation partners
You bring along
- Degree in architecture
- Several years of professional experience in all service phases in the planning and realization of larger construction projects, especially of research, science and laboratory construction, in healthcare and hospital construction as well as office and industrial buildings
- Experience in leading project teams and supporting clients
- Coordination and integration experience
- Knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD Architecture and Vectorworks
- Very good German and good English skills
