You can expect the following
- Holistic support and advice for employees on professional and personal matters
- Sparring partner (m/f/x) for managers on HR and employment law–related topics
- End-to-end HR administration from onboarding to offboarding
- Responsibility for talent acquisition within the supported business areas
- Coordination of the monthly payroll process in collaboration with our payroll specialist
- Analysis and reporting of relevant HR key metrics
- Independent projects to further develop and optimise HR processes
You bring along
- Degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in an HR / People function
- Strong communication skills with a high level of advisory capability
- Very good German and good English language skills
