You can expect the following
- Research on national and international tenders, competitions, and procurement regulations
- Acquisition, establishment, and maintenance of networks with potential clients, project developers, and builders
- Preparation, analysis, and evaluation of project requirements for internal decision-making processes
- Involvement and coordination of specialist planners for new acquisitions
- Creation of textual and graphical application documents as well as company presentations
- Preparation of participation applications and ensuring complete and timely submission
You bring along
- Degree in architecture, interior design, communication design or a comparable qualification
- Profound knowledge in the architecture industry with a focus on acquisition and communication
- Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite
- Business fluent in German and English
