Digital and Communications Manager (f/m/x)

Our Communications team prepares our projects and key topics for publication and communicates them across a wide range of media and channels. We work globally, with team members based across all our office locations. 

Join our Communications team in Berlin as a Digital and Communications Manager (f/m/x). We look forward to receiving your application!

You can expect the following

• Developing and advancing our content strategy and content planning Producing video content 
• Managing and publishing content across our social media channels, including Instagram, LinkedIn and our internal blog, as well as community management 
• Writing engaging, relevant and audience-specific content, and preparing visual content such as images, videos and graphics that showcase our work, projects, events and team 
• Maintaining and strategically developing the company’s online presence on our corporate website and other online platforms 
• Writing project descriptions and press releases 
• Compiling press materials 
• Carrying out cross-media editorial work as part of the team 
• Collaborating closely with the design and planning teams and the Knowledge Manager on content creation 
• Monitoring digital trends and innovations in architecture, design and communications

You bring along

• A university degree in communications, the humanities or architecture, or completed professional training in journalism 
• At least three years of professional experience in communications and a passion for architecture-related topics 
• Excellent communication skills and a high level of written and verbal proficiency 
• A strong interest in social media and audiovisual content, as well as creativity and a wealth of ideas 
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office, website content management systems—particularly Drupal—and Canva 
• Experience in video editing 
• A strong eye for graphic design and a good sense of timing 
• Native-level German and excellent written and spoken English 
• An independent, structured and communicative approach to work, combined with enthusiasm for teamwork
