You can expect the following
- Developing innovative and sustainable concepts at building and neighbourhood level
- Advising all project stakeholders throughout all project phases, with a focus on life-cycle costs, life-cycle assessment and materiality
- Assessing the sustainability of ongoing and completed projects and maintaining our internal database
- Independently managing certification processes (DGNB, LEED, BNB), including preparing relevant documentation, coordinating all stakeholders and liaising with certification bodies
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with our in-house specialist departments focusing on sustainability (building services engineering, building physics)
- Further developing and optimising internal CO₂ tools
You bring along
- A degree in civil engineering, architecture or building physics
- Several years’ professional experience is desirable
- Experience in life cycle assessment is an advantage
- Ideally, training as a DGNB Consultant (f/m/x), DGNB Auditor (f/m/x) or LEED AP (f/m/x)
- Very good command of German; knowledge of English is a plus
- A keen desire to take on responsibility, play an active role and work as part of a team
- Motivation and enthusiasm for sustainable, innovative solutions in the construction sector
