You can expect the following
- Model-based cost planning and control across all service phases in accordance with HOAI
- Analysis of budget requirements and preparation of framework, control, and detailed schedules
- Preparation and execution of tenders
- Commercial/technical review and evaluation of offers
- Development of procurement strategies and participation in negotiations
You bring along
- Degree in Architecture, Civil or Industrial Engineering
- Several years of experience in cost planning, tendering, and scheduling
- Experience in model-based cost planning and tendering desirable
- Fluent German and good English skills
