You can expect the following
- Review of specialist planning services to ensure quality across all project phases
- Monitoring of the specialist planning process at the interface with architectural design
- Further development of review routines and internal planning tools
- Development of sustainable MEP concepts for feasibility studies, competitions, and implementation projects
- Presentation of technical content in direct exchange with colleagues and within internal training sessions
- Close collaboration with internal and external project partners
You bring along
- Degree in Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable qualification from a technical college or vocational academy
- Methodological competence for integrating planning content
- Initial experience in the design and execution of building services systems and facilities
- Basic knowledge of common planning and BIM software tools
- Ability to work in an interdisciplinary environment and communicate technical topics clearly and effectively
- Fluent German skills and good knowledge of English
