You can expect the following
- Carrying out BIM coordination
- Leading internal and external coordination meetings
- Creating and updating BIM execution plans
- Managing BIM requirements and ensuring implementation
- Coordinating data transfers at the interface between planning, specialist planning and the client
- Ensuring internal quality specifications for data models
- Further development and maintenance of BIM standards, Revit templates and families
You bring along
- Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in implementing BIM projects
- Confident approach to developing project and work processes in model-based workflows
- Excellent knowledge of Autodesk Revit and tools for model coordination (e.g., bimCollab Zoom, Solibri Model Checker)
- Basic knowledge of data management for digital, model-based room databases (e.g., dRofus)
- Enthusiasm for working with information models and scripting languages such as Grasshopper or Dynamo
- Fluent German and good English skills
