You can expect the following
- Project planning for cultural projects in all HOAI service phases
- Development of concept studies and design plans for new projects and tenders
- Visual, textual and verbal communication of planning content
- Communication with internal and external planning participants
- Participation in planning, client and strategy meetings
You bring along
- Study of architecture
- Several years of expertise, in particular in work phases 3 to 5 with specialist planning coordination
- Experience in the planning of different building typologies
- Sound experience in the use of BIM, ideally Autodesk Revit
- Fluent German and good English skills
