The staff restaurant facilities of the research and innovation centre is positioned on the magistral between the central area and the Project House. The increase in capacity from 1030 to 1930 seats required a new functional structure. The existing free-flow system with central food counter area is replaced by a single food counter and the pavilions with front cooking areas.
With the associated seating areas, they form a restaurant with individual menu choices, which functions autonomously. The meals are prepared in house. With its warm colours and clear and timeless installations, the Staff Restaurant invites the diner to stop a while and relax in a stress-free, pleasant atmosphere.
