Zoomlion

As the world's sixth largest construction machinery manufacturer and the largest concrete machinery manufacturing supplier, Zoomlion is driving innovation and pioneering technology in the field of construction engineering on a global scale. With the company's new Headquarters Campus, HENN is creating an identity-forming and image-strong headquarters. It combines numerous functions in a 164  thousand sqm area: the headquarters building, the Zoomlion Museum, the Data Center, the canteen, sports fields, as well as training and research areas.
Interwoven with its natural surroundings, the HQ building floats above the central street, connecting the south and north sides of the large-scale site via a bridge. A spacious forecourt with water areas and wide open stairs creates a representative entrance situation to the new main building. The imposing base connects this with the transparent main building floating above it. Its design resembles a cut stone and is characterized by a ceiling-high transparent glass façade. The building inscribes itself in the green hilly landscape and represents the core of the new highly flexible company location. The project symbolizes the impetus for a new beginning and becomes the new heart of Zoomlion.
